LA PIROGUE by Moussa Toure wins the ARRI AWARD at the MUNICH FILM FESTIVAL. The French-Senegalesien-German coproduction (Les Chauves-Souris, Paris, Astou Film, Dakar, Royal Pony Film, Munich) was shown within the CineMasters section. "The director Moussa Toure tells a contemporary story on migration and all its inflicted misery. All elements of film making (acting, cinematography and storytelling) are blended into one single cineastic voice." (statement of the jury) The Berlin-based producer Judy Tossell, the actor Udo Kier and the US cinamatographer Ed Lachman formed the independent jury for the prize. On German side, LA PIROGUE was financially supported by the "Evangelische Endwicklungsdienst" and was initially screened during the CANNES FILM FESTIVAL 2012 within the section UN CERTAIN REGARDS. 07.09.2012

From January to the end of June, the SHOOTING of the documentary CAN LOVE REALLY BE A SIN? will take place in Bavaria and the surrounding area. Directed by Saara Aila Waasner, with Eva Maschke responsible for Cinematography. The film is collaboration with ZDF, Das Kleine Fernsehspiel, commissioning editor Burkhard Althoff, and is supported by FFF Bayern. 04.18.2011

SILVER GIRLS celebrates its TV PREMIERE 08th November 2010, at 12:05 a.m. on the ZDF channel and with its broadcast, opens the documentary series "100% Leben" on ZDF, "Das Kleine Fernsehspiel". We are also looking forward to participating in the following festivals which will show SILVER GIRLS: Kinofest Lünen, Dokumentarfilmfestival Kassel, Pornfilmfestival Berlin, Fetisch Filmfestival Kiel, Berlin & Beyond Filmfestival San Francisco and RIDM - Rencontres internationales du documentaire de Montreal. SILVER GIRLS was also screened successfully at: Schwul- lesbisches Filmfestival Karlsruhe, Unabhängiges Filmfestival in Osnabrück, Fünf Seen Filmfestival, Filmfestival Lagow and Filmkunstfest Schwerin. 10.26.2010
